Electrical Project Manager needed to oversee various commercial construction projects. Must have knowledge of Electrical Code and experience in estimating. You will schedule and coordinate all assigned construction projects, responsible for estimating, preparing bids, financial management, and margin performance of the project. You must be experienced with Pro-Core and Joc Core programs. You will also have to coordinate and supervise the construction process from the conceptual development stage through final construction, within time limits. Project manager is also responsible for directing or monitoring compliance with building and safety codes, other regulations, and requirements set by the project’s insurers.
