Job Description:
Foreman Plumbers needed for multiple commercial new construction and renovation projects. Your initial project will be night work, roughing in DWV on a restaurant. You must be a forward thinker, and be able to reroute piping based on site limitations. Your duties will include running projects from start to finish, interacting with other contractors and client contacts, submitting daily reports to project manager, maintaining appropriate material levels, and supervision of 2-3 workers; along with working your tools, possible demo work on existing plumbing, installing PVC schedule 40, PEX/Uponor, and copper piping; carriers for toilet gang bathrooms, floor sinks, grease interceptor, floor drains, and tying showers into existing boiler heating loop system. You must have experience running crews, and be able to solder copper. You must bring your own hand tools of the trade, including a PEX/Uponor hand crimper (expander will be provided). You will be required to pass a pre-employment background screening and may be required to pass a drug test upon arrival.
