Three Contract Choices to meet the needs of your company

Here's how it works:
Request a Quote, Execute the Contract Docs, Your Job is posted, recruiting begins, and Craftsmen are dispatched to your Job!

1. Standard Contract (Grus Payroll)

Skilled labor can be supplied on Grus payroll and billed at varied wage levels to reflect their current abilities.

  • Grus recruits and dispatches personnel.
  • Grus carries the payroll, unemployment and worker's compensation.
  • Grus bills an hourly rate for workers which covers recruiting, payroll, unemployment and workers compensation.

*Standard Contracts are NOT available in: New Mexico and Louisiana.

2. Referral Contract (Your Payroll)

Skilled labor can be referred to begin working directly on your payroll with Grus billing a low hourly fee. This billing arrangement is ideal since it keeps your costs proportionate with the size of the job and the amount of time that the skilled workers are performing.

  • Grus recruits and dispatches personnel.
  • Workers are paid by the Client.
  • Grus bills a low hourly referral fee. A two week deposit is required on Referral Job Orders. A one time fixed rate fee is also available for Permanent Placement orders.

3. Subcontractor Referral Contract (1099 Terms)

Skilled labor can be referred to begin working directly for your company as a Subcontractor. The Subcontractor referred will be responsible for providing general liability and workmen’s compensation insurance. The crew size will match the size of your labor needs. Contractors benefit from having skilled labor performed under Subcontractor terms, relieving Contractors of the burden of employee costs.

  • Grus recruits and dispatches Subcontractor.
  • Subcontractor is paid by the Client.
  • Grus bills a low hourly referral fee. A two week deposit is required on Subcontractor Referral Job Orders.
